Service and Maintenance Plans that suit you
It doesn’t matter how big or small you are, if your equipment fails, you won’t be able to meet those important deadlines. We here at Total PFS want to make sure you never miss a deadline. We can offer you a service/maintenance contract which is where we would come out to you on a regular basis, for example every six months, and we would perform a service check. After this check is complete we can go about maintaining your machinery by fixing any part that would require fixing, making sure this is done before it breaks so you don’t have to worry about your all important deadlines. Sometimes critical machines can just break down without any warning, whether its a binding machine, a laminator or a digital print machine, we understand how stressful this can be so we aim to have an engineer at your door the next working day! Our engineers are factory trained and all are fully qualified when it comes to your machinery needs. We also provide Guillotine HSE (Health and Safety) visits. This is done every six months so that they comply with health and safety standards as it is a legal requirement. In the long run we want to save you money by offering you a contract. This will give you reassurance about your equipment and will save you money, since we will tackle those little problems before they become big problems!
