The minimum order level is £35.00 before delivery, with an order cut-off time of 3pm for same day despatch.

Returns Policy
The return and credit of any incorrectly ordered goods is subject to our full agreement and a minimum 15% handling charge. We cannot issue refunds for credits on account for returned goods.
Where the company is at fault or faulty or damaged goods have been supplied the handling charge will not apply and the original postage may also be eligible for credit.
