STAGO FZM340 FOLDING MACHINE – NEW FOR 2017 FROM TOTAL PFS
New for 2017, the Stago FZM340 Folding Machine. Built in Germany by leading print finishing equipment manufacturer STAGO gmbh, The FZM340 features paper handling up to SRA3 sheet size and its superb heavy duty construction allows folding up to 300gsm including card, plastic sheets, coated stock and laminated sheets.
The FZM340 runs at 20000 sheets per hour and features a gentle, bottom fed paper feeding system that allows paper stock to added whilst running as well as handling a diverse range of materials and paper weights
The robust construction allows extremely high quality processing of various materials such as coated and non-coated papers up to 300gsm, even laminated and plastic sheets in continuous operation, there is also a cross fold feature with 2 passes. The demonstration video shows the Stago FZM 340 running various jobs.
A perfectly folded product is guaranteed due to the fully comprehensive adjustment possibilities. Set up for different materials, grammage and folding types is simple and easy and enables an efficient production even for small and medium jobs.
The Stago FZM 340 incorporates a gentle friction feeding from below, thus allowing material to be filled up continuously while the machine is operating.
The Stago FZM 340 sets the bar with a maximum production output of up to 20.000 DinA4- folds per hour – even with larger jobs.
