Description
The Matrix MX530P Pneumatic Laminating Machine can run up to twice the speed of our standard systems. Printers can laminate work even faster to get the job finished and back to the customer.
Pneumatic pressure rollers allow you to laminate certain substrates up to 50% quicker, saving both time and cost.
The Pneumatic option is produced in Britain which shortens our supply chains and lead times. We’ve used the highest quality components within the systems, including Omron switches and Schneider electrics.
The MX530P can also be partnered with the Matrix Auto-Feeder to save time and money, as it frees up operators to work on other jobs.

-
Take-Up Unit
An optional take-up unit that sits at the rear of the Matrix MX530P. This can be used in conjunction with the Flatbook device and also when using the Matrix MX530P to foil and create Spot UV-style effects. It works in perfect synchronisation with the Matrix MX530P and neatly collects spare film and foil.

Flatbook
Flatbook enables Perfect Bound and PUR Bound book covers to be laminated both sides and stay perfectly flat.
Curl on book covers is a significant problem in the printing industry, mainly overcome by using expensive specialist films. The Flatbook system enables you to use standard OPP film, on all types of stock.
It cuts out a channel of film as it laminates, leaving the inside spine unlaminated. This allows the adhesive to stick to the spine and not the laminate. The result is a perfectly bound flat book.
