The Stago USM 140 is the latest version of the Winterling KM16 stapler.
The staple head distance can be varied from 40 to 140mm on the Stago USM 140 Stapler. That they are not pre-set positions offers a unique advantage over similar manufactured machines. Quick and easy set up and refilling of stapling magazines, fully guarded to meet HSE requirements.
The USM series models are clearly the flagships of staplers. They feature the highest variability and an enormous stapling capacity of up to 250 sheets (80g plain paper). Depending on the model, stapling with up to 6 stapling heads is possible. The spacing can be freely selected within the range of 40-360 mm. STAGO-typical robust design for continuous daily use. An active clencher matrix and an infinitely variable stapling thickness adjustment guarantee a perfect stapling result. Due to very short conversion times between different usage scenarios (flat-, saddle stapler, flat-, loop staple, different dimensions, etc.), the USM series is also economical on short runs.
Due to unique design of The Stago USM 140 it can even be used to produce landscape A4 booklets -594mm folded and stapled(please specify this requirement when ordering). This is a popular feature of the USM 140 and not available on many automated online and offline booklet making systems.
The USM 140 can be fitted with either A type or B type stapling heads. The A heads are suited for jobs up to 16mm (160 sheets 80gsm), the B heads are best suited for the larger jobs up to 25mm (250 sheets 80gsm) thick.
